All Season Home Pros, LLC provides various exterior home maintenance and cleaning services, including, but not limited to, exterior house soft washing, roof cleaning/treatment, mobile home roof coating, window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleanout and shine, holiday light installation, and smart home product setup services. All services are provided as described at the time of booking, and any special requests may require additional fees.

2. Booking and Scheduling

• To request a service, please complete our online quote form or contact us directly.

• Service availability is subject to scheduling and may vary based on location and seasonal demand.

• Any scheduled appointment must be confirmed by both parties; rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise specified.

• We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

• Late payments may incur additional fees or penalties.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide access to the property at the agreed time of service and ensure any pets or items that may interfere with the service are secured.

• All Season Home Pros, LLC is not liable for damage to property due to pre-existing conditions or structural issues.

• For holiday light installation or smart home product setup, customers must have all materials and equipment ready if these are not supplied by our company.

6. Liability and Limitations

• All Season Home Pros, LLC is licensed and insured for the services we provide; however, we are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse or neglect of the property after service completion.

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• In case of any issue with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours so we may address and, if necessary, correct the problem.

7. Warranty and Service Guarantee

• We are committed to providing high-quality service and stand by our work. If a customer is unsatisfied, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee, provided notice is given within 48 hours.

• Our guarantee may be void if the issue arises from factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unauthorized modifications to our work.

9. Modification of Terms
